Responsibilities
Training the freshers and experienced newcomers in the project with Adapter related concepts.
Training will involve assignments and continuous evaluation of the trainees to check their capability
This will be 6 month Contractual .
Must Have Skills
Should be very good in Java (especially Java 8)
Should have good webservices and microservices knowledge.
Communication skill should be excellent. Teaching skills should be very good.
Should have good knowledge of Web Services Security, WS Standards, WS-Security and OAuth Standards
Should have given prior technical trainings.
Should have Development experience on XML and JSON Parsers
Should have good knowledge of XSD XSLT WSDLs SWAGGER OAuth 2.0
Must be having strong Java Collections knowledge
Should be aware of the Java coding best practices
Have strong OOAD concepts
Have strong knowledge of GOF and JEE design patterns
Should have used GIT or SVN as Config management tools
Should have used build tools i.e. Maven or Gradle
Should have experience of writing unit test cases using JUnit or Mockito
Should be familiar with the Executor framework, Lambda expressions in Java
Should have a good knowledge of containers like Docker
Nice to Have:
DevOps kind of mindset would be desirable ,
Prior knowledge of AWS Cloud
Good idea about integration process

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and deliver comprehensive training in the RPA (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism)
Training students on Automation and related skills
Create/Suggest training content and modify the existing training content on a need basis.Coordinate & ensure 100% attendance for training
Ensure training effectiveness through qualitative + quantitative feedbacks
Requirements Key Skills:
Training delivery capacity RPA tools and technologies
Should be proficient in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism
Knowledge about the following :
Desktop Application Automation
Database Automation
Excel Automation
Web Automation
Proficient in IQ BOT
Hands-on experience with any of the tools like SoapUI, Apache JMeter, RFT, Appium, HP - UFT
Understanding of Business Process
Data Analytics skills
Knowledge about Data Analytics and API Integrations
Proficiency in English communication is a must
Experience Required:
Minimum 3+years experience as a RPA Developer
Experience in Technical Training & Development added as an advantage
Educational Qualification:
Any Technical Graduate can apply
